This election means more than just choosing a candidate that you think you like, that you get a warm feeling about. This election means choosing a leader who will move our state forward and address the challenges that we face so that we may realize our full potential. That is what this election means to Alaska.
I am running for Governor because our state is in need of leadership. Leadership that understands our economy; leadership that will focus on the issues that are important to Alaskans--jobs, families, and protecting the quality of life that we enjoy.
We can no longer accept failed policies that increase taxes, cost Alaskans jobs, perpetuate high energy costs, and grow government spending. We must move away from policies that are only good for government and bad for Alaska’s future.
